The founder of Gadby, Helen previously led the HR functions for Dixons plc, Comet plc and Game Digital plc before setting up Gadby Leadership Consulting. She was part of the EMT that successfully led Game through the IPO of the business. She works collaboratively with clients drawing on her extensive corporate experience to help them identify and develop the leadership talent they need to grow their skills base successfully.
