Rob is a highly regarded and experienced practitioner in senior executive assessment. Over 30 years he has led the UK executive assessment practices of distinguished firms such as Whitehead Mann and RHR International, servicing international clients in many countries. For several years he was a Visiting Coach at the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) Lausanne.
